Knights of Rizal – Firenze was present at the present during the Wreath Laying Ceremony for the 120th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence at the statue of Philippine National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal at Piazzale Manila in Rome, Italy. Leading the delegation was Deputy Chapter Commander Sir Armando Cruz, KOR.
Present were H.E. Philippine Ambassador to Italy Domingo Nolasco and H.E. Philippine Ambassador to the Holy See Grace Relucio Princesa. The Knights of Rizal Italy Area Commander Sir Carlos Mercado Simbillo, KGOR along with representatives from the Knights of Rizal – Rome led by Sir Augusto Castillo Cruz and the Kababaihang Rizalista Modena were also present.
