The Knights of Rizal – Firenze Chapter, represented by its Chapter Commander Sir Rob Carrillo, KCR accompanied Philippine Ambassador to Italy H.E. Sir Nathaniel Imperial, KGOR and Consul-General Randy Arquiza (Philippine Embassy in Italy) on a site visit to the Laboratori artistici Nicoli.
They were received by the workshop’s director Prof. Dott.ssa. Francesca Alix Nicoli.
Francesca Nicoli is a descendant of Carlo Nicoli, the 1st prize winner of the international design competition to build Rizal’s monument in Luneta Park. This came about as part of the Knights of Rizal Firenze Chapter’s research activities.
