After a long process and several years of activity in Tuscany, the Knights of Rizal – Firenze Chapter has been registered as a legal entity in Italy as a non-profit organisation (ONLUS).
The chapter is registered with the Italian tax authority (Agenzie delle Entrate) as “Cavalieri di Rizal ONLUS” with the tax identification code CF: 93094480501.
While the Order of the Knights of Rizal is a chartered institution in the Philippines, registration with local authorities allows chapters to operate more freely and supports the sustainability of organisation where it operates.
