Violence Against Women and Gender Awareness Workshop

In commemoration of the upcoming International Women’s Day, traditionally celebrated on March 8, the Filipino Women’s Council and the Ladies Auxiliary Group of the Knights of Rizal – Firenze are organising a workshop on Sunday, 27 April 2025 at the Associazione Nosotras in Via Faenza, 103, Firenze on gender awareness and how to seek help for victims of violence against women.

Leaders and members of the Filipino community are encouraged to attend. As fellow community members are sometimes the first to detect signs of abuse and violence, the workshop will help community members become aware on how to help.

The event is organised with support from the Associazione Nosotras and Filcom Tuscany ODV.
Light breakfast and coffee will be served. Register and confirm your attendance now. Limited spots available!

Registration can be done via the Facebook Event page.
